The Christian Manhood Pledge

Love and Devotion:
“In the sight of the Lord, I make this pledge: to love the Lord my God with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love my neighbor as myself, as it is written in Mark 12:30-31. I commit to spiritual, moral, mental, social, political, and economic growth, guided by Proverbs 16:3. This endeavor is for the betterment of my family and community, in accordance with 1 Corinthians 10:24.”

Diligence and Prosperity:
“I pledge to follow the path of diligence and enterprise, as encouraged in Proverbs 14:23. I will engage in lawful commerce and contribute to the prosperity of my people, following the example set forth in Deuteronomy 8:18.”

Protection and Love:
“With a steadfast heart, I vow never to harm another, recalling the teachings of Exodus 20:13. I will cherish and protect my family, as stated in Ephesians 5:25 and admonished in Ephesians 6:4 to bring up my children in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.”

Defender of Childhood:
“I solemnly declare to defend the innocence of childhood,” echoing Matthew 18:6. I will nurture and protect the purity of our youth, as affirmed by Psalm 127:3.

Honoring and Uplifting Women:
“I renounce derogatory language against women, following the wisdom of Colossians 3:8. I pledge to honor and uplift the women of my community, as commanded in 1 Peter 3:7.”

Health and Purity:
“I vow to safeguard my body, the temple of the Holy Spirit, as instructed in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 and 10:31, committing to glorify God in all that I do.”

Community Support and Unity:
“I commit to supporting and uplifting my community with unwavering dedication, inspired by Romans 15:2 and Philippians 2:4, striving to promote positivity and unity.”

Divine Strength and Guidance:
“In making these pledges, I seek the strength and guidance of Almighty God, acknowledging that my own power can accomplish none of this. As stated in Philippians 4:13, 'I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.'
