Spiritual Formation and Discipleship

• Foster accountability and integrity through covenant pledges like The Christian Manhood Pledge.
Fatherhood and Family Restoration
• Educate and empower fathers to be present, nurturing, and responsible.
• Heal and restore broken father-child relationships.
• Provide training, resources, and support for healthy family leadership.
Mentorship and Male Development
• Create structured mentorship programs from boyhood to manhood.
• Connect older, seasoned men with youth and young adults for guidance.
• Build a pipeline of male leadership rooted in faith, character, and responsibility.
Education and Life Preparation
• Help boys and men excel academically, vocationally, and personally.
• Offer workshops, curricula, and tools that build life skills, emotional intelligence, and discipline.
• Promote literacy, financial stewardship, and career readiness.
Community and Brotherhood
• Establish safe spaces for male bonding, healing, and empowerment (e.g., Man Cave, Boy Cave).
• Unite men across generations, denominations, and communities under a shared code of biblical manhood.
• Foster collaborations with churches, barbershops, fraternities, schools, and nonprofits.
Cultural Identity and Legacy Building
• Affirm the value of Black manhood through historical and biblical lenses.
• Reclaim narratives that counter stereotypes, fatherlessness, and broken masculinity.
• Encourage men to build legacies of faith, excellence, and leadership.
Resource Creation and Distribution
• Develop and distribute books, devotionals, curriculums, media, and digital tools.
• Equip churches and community organizations with structured resources to train men and boys.
• Create scalable models for use locally, nationally, and globally.
Public Engagement and Advocacy
• Address systemic issues impacting men (e.g., incarceration, mental health, fatherlessness).
• Be a think tank and advocacy voice for male empowerment, especially in undeserved communities.
• Engage in public speaking, social media campaigns, and partnerships to amplify impact.
